Mesquite Bowl with Turquoise & Copper

This beautiful bowl was hand-turned from responsibly sourced mesquite wood from the Tucson area. I used turquoise and copper powder to fill several cracks in the wood.
This bowl was meticulously crafted and will last for generations as a functional piece of art.

Maintenance and care: This bowl is food-safe. Clean with soap and water, and dry after each use. When the wood begins to look dry, apply mineral oil, walnut oil, or any food-grade oil of your choice. If the bowl begins to feel rough, a quick sanding with 600-grit sandpaper will smooth it out. This bowl was handmade and should be hand-washed. Please do NOT put it in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer.
